Fethiye
We welcome you onboard Cheers at Fethiye Harbour 16:00. After port operations we will leave the bustle of Fethiye behind, sit back and relax, enjoy the beautiful scenery as we cruise towards Göcek and the start of your perfect holiday. Dropping anchor in a beautiful picturesque bay where you can take your first swim, and relax ondeck with drinks as we prepare your first meal onboard.
Göcek Bedri Rahmi koyu
We will cruise to Bedri Rahmi Cove for lunch after our breakfast. The story of the bay, Bedri Rahmi Eyüboğlu, a famous Turkish painter and poet, painted on the slope of the rock in the bay during a blue cruise ın 1974, since then the name of the bay has been called Bedri Rahmi. You can go ashore to take pictures of the painting before returning back to Cheers for a delicious lunch of freshly cooked vegetables Turkish style served with rice, bulgar wheat, pastas and breads. After lunch and swim time, we are moving to the Bay of Binlik for overnight stay. Enjoy time sipping cocktails at the front of the boat, whilst the crew prepare a delicious bbq dinner for you.
Cleopatra Koyu, Göcek
Breakfast will be served in Cleopatra Bay, which is surrounded by pine trees and the sea goes from dark blue to light blue as you approach the shore. Be ready to swim here in this beautiful bay, you can swim in the ancient ruins of the Hamam, which is famous for its historical ruins dating back to 4th Century B.C. Legend has it Cleopatra bathed here on her honeymoon with Marc Anthony. Our evening stay is at Merdivenli Bay you can choose to continue relaxing onboard Cheers or you can walk along the small beach of Merivenli Bay to the village which has a few houses and friendly locals selling organic honey, jams and olive oil.
Kocabük koyu, Göcek
Rise to a deliciously prepared breakfast, served with fresh fruits, breads, eggs, olives and much more. After coffee, there is time for a wake up swim, before heading off to Kocabük Bay. Take in the beautiful scenery of Göcek, mountainous with pine tree covered slopes. Cruising to Kocabük Bay, and enjoy the sea which is perfectly clear, blue mixed with turquoise colours. At guests request, we can stay overnight at this bay. Here you can take a small hike to see the magnificent view at Kocabük bay, a great opportunity for holiday photographs. Before returning to Cheers for a freshly cooked dinner under the stars.
Patara plajı, Kalkan
An longer cruise is waiting for us this morning. we embark at 5:00 in the morning to cross the Gulf where the Aegean and the Mediterranean meet. We cruise along side Patara beach which is 12km long, giving a perfect sunrise opportunity for those early birds. We anchor at Firnaz bay for a deliciously prepared breakfast, served with fresh fruits, breads, eggs, olives and much more. We will relax here at Firnaz bay taking time to rest after our early morning start. In the late afternoon we head to Yeşilköy bay for the evening and overnight stay.
Kalkan yeşilköy Kaş
Waking up to another delicious freshly cooked breakfast in Yeşilkoy, we move to Hidayet bay of Kaş. Hidayet Bay is a beautiful snorkelling spot with lots to see, if your a keen free diver there is a millitary tank dropped to 13m to act as an artificial reef in this marine reserve area. The waters are crystal clear and the tank can easily be viewed from the surface. There will be an opportunity to scuba dive after lunch. We will dock at Kas harbor at 16:00 for an evening stay, you can enjoy some shopping and explore this beautiful little town. For the explorers there are some archaeological ruins here, Lycian tombs and a Hellenistic theatre with stunning views over the sea looking towards the Greek island of Meis.
Aperlai koyu Kekova
At 8:00am we will leave Kaş port and cruise to Ufak Dere Bay for breakfast. After breakfast in Ufak Dere Bay, we move to anchor at Aperlai Bay. Aperlia is a Lycian city which was founded in the 4th millennium BC, there are artifacts from the IV and IV centuries. Here we will take you out of the bay by dingy and your second captain will accompany you as a guide for a walk to Sicak peninsula. You will join the boat at Sicak peninsula for overnight at Sicak island. Take some time after dinner at the front of the boat to stargaze you will see shooting stars and maybe phospherous lighting up the water.
Kekova Batık Şehir Simena Kalesi
After breakfast, we cruise to historical Sunken City. Kekova region was declared a specially protected area on 18 January 1990 by Turkish Ministry. Sunken City is an ancient partially sunken city destroyed by earthquakes in the 2nd century. Swimming and diving here are forbidden, but standing on deck we will pass by the ruins that are onshore and under the water line for you to view. From here we move to Kaleköy village, you will have the opportunity for sightseeing around Simena castle and Kaleköy. The friendly locals prepare fresh juices and souveniers for you to buy. After visiting Simena Castle, we will take you to the most picturesque bay of Kekova, Karaloz Bay. We will serve you dinner onboard then afterwards take you to shore where we will enjoy a bonfire with firewood we collect from the mountain in the evening.
Kekova Gökkaya
After breakfast in Karaloz and time for a swim, we will cruise to Buzagılık bay. There is an opportunity to swim in the natural ice-cold waters caused by fresh water springs. After lunch we will anchor at Gökkaya Bay for the evening, if you wish to do water sports this is an excellent spot for that. Dinner will be served in the evening and make sure to take some time for stargazing here, Gökkaya has very little light pollution showing very clear starry nights. Here you will have the opportunity for a quick trip by dingy to pirate cave to watch the green phosphorus dancing in the water.
Demre Liman
After breakfast, we will anchor in Burc bay for lunch. If weather conditions allow us, we will set sail to anchor at the port of Demre which is the last stop of our tour by 16:00. Our trip ends in Demre Harbour.
