Fethiye-Boncuklu Bay
Arrive at Fethiye Harbour and step aboard Cheers Gulet at 16:00 to begin your unforgettable Fethiye Blue Cruise adventure and Sail Turkey in true Mediterranean style. Enjoy a welcome drink while our crew introduces you to the gulet, your cabin, and the week’s Turkey sailing route.
Once all guests are settled, we set sail from Fethiye toward Boncuklu Bay, one of the region’s calm, scenic swim stops. Spend the afternoon swimming in clear waters, sunbathing on deck, and relaxing in a peaceful bay before dinner.
As the evening settles in, savor a traditional Turkish dinner on board, then choose a magical option: sleep on deck beneath the stars for a classic Blue Cruise Turkey experience.
Fethiye-Kalkan
An early start brings one of the most spectacular sailing days of your Fethiye Blue Cruise as you Sail Turkey across the gulf where the Aegean and Mediterranean meet. We depart at 05:00, cruising into open water as the sky turns gold.
As we glide alongside Patara Beach, a stunning 12 km stretch of coastline, you’ll catch a breathtaking sunrise from the deck. It’s a perfect moment for photos, coffee in hand, and that quiet “only on a Turkey sailing holiday” feeling.
We then drop anchor at Firnaz Bay for a generous, freshly prepared breakfast featuring seasonal fruit, warm breads, eggs, olives, and more. After breakfast, enjoy a slow, relaxing day in this peaceful bay with time to swim, sunbathe, and recover from the early start.
In the late afternoon, we cruise onward to Yeşilköy Bay, where we anchor for the evening and an overnight stay, surrounded by calm waters and the natural beauty that makes Blue Cruise Turkey so special.
Kalkan-Kaş
Wake up in Yeşilköy Bay to another freshly cooked breakfast on board as your Fethiye Blue Cruise continues and you Sail Turkey toward the lively coastal town of Kaş. After breakfast, we cruise to Hidayet Bay, one of the best spots in the region for snorkelling and freediving.
This protected marine reserve is famous for its crystal-clear water and underwater life. Keen free divers will love the highlight here: a military tank resting at around 13 metres, placed as an artificial reef. Visibility is often so good that you can spot it right from the surface, making it a perfect stop for underwater photos and relaxed snorkel sessions.
After lunch, there’s an optional chance to scuba dive for those who want to explore deeper and experience Kaş’s renowned dive sites.
We then dock at Kaş Harbour at 16:00 for an evening stay. Spend your time strolling the marina, enjoying local cafés and boutiques, and soaking up the atmosphere of this charming Mediterranean town. If you feel like exploring beyond the waterfront, Kaş also offers rich history, including Lycian rock tombs and a Hellenistic theatre with panoramic sea views stretching toward the Greek island of Meis (Kastellorizo)—a memorable highlight of any Blue Cruise Turkey itinerary.
Aperlai Bay-Sıcak Island-Kekova
Depart Kaş Harbour at 08:00 as your Fethiye Blue Cruise continues and you Sail Turkey along one of the most scenic stretches of the Turquoise Coast. Our first stop is Ufakdere Bay, where we drop anchor for a relaxed gulet breakfast surrounded by calm, clear water.
After breakfast, we cruise onward to Aperlai Bay, a peaceful cove home to the ruins of ancient Aperlai, a historic Lycian settlement tucked into the coastline. Here, we’ll take you ashore by dinghy, and your second captain will accompany you as a guide on a memorable walk toward the Sıcak Peninsula, with beautiful views and a real sense of the region’s past.
You’ll rejoin the boat at Sıcak Peninsula, and we’ll anchor for the night near Sıcak Island for a tranquil overnight stay. After dinner, head to the bow of the gulet for stargazing, and if the conditions are right, you may even spot shooting stars and the magical glow of phosphorescence lighting up the water—one of those unforgettable moments that makes a Blue Cruise Turkey journey so special.
Kekova-Sunken City-Simena Castle
fter breakfast, your Blue Cruise in Turkey continues into the legendary Kekova coastline as we Sail Turkey toward the world-famous Sunken City. The Kekova region was declared a Specially Protected Area on 18 January 1990, helping preserve its unique natural and archaeological heritage.
Gliding past the shoreline, you’ll see the partially submerged ruins of an ancient Lycian settlement, damaged by major earthquakes in the 2nd century AD. Swimming and diving are not permitted over the Sunken City area, but from the deck you can clearly view stone foundations and structures sitting right at the waterline and beneath the surface.
Next, we cruise to Kaleköy (ancient Simena) for time ashore. Explore the charming village lanes and climb up to Simena Castle, where Lycian heritage meets panoramic sea views across Kekova’s turquoise bays. You can also browse small local stalls for fresh juices and handmade souvenirs.
After our visit to Simena, we head to one of Kekova’s most picturesque anchorages, Karaloz Bay, for a relaxed swim stop and a peaceful evening. Dinner is served on board, and later we’ll head ashore to enjoy a cozy bonfire night by the water, ending the day with that classic Fethiye to Kekova Blue Cruise magic under the stars.
Gökkaya Bay-Pirate cave
After breakfast in Karaloz Bay and a refreshing swim, we continue your Blue Cruise Turkey route as we Sail Turkey toward the unique waters of Buzagılık Bay. This stop is famous for its natural freshwater springs, creating an invigorating, ice-cold swim experience in crystal-clear water, a real highlight of the Fethiye–Kekova Blue Cruise.
Following lunch on board, we cruise to Gökkaya Bay and anchor for the evening. Gökkaya is one of the best overnight bays on this Turkey sailing holiday, especially if you’d like to add optional water sports in calm, sheltered conditions.
Dinner is served on board, and once night falls, take advantage of Gökkaya’s low light pollution for incredible stargazing and clear, star-filled skies. Later, you can also join a short dinghy trip to the Pirate Cave to watch the magical green phosphorescence (bioluminescence) shimmering in the water—one of those unforgettable moments that makes a Fethiye Blue Cruise so special.
Demre
After your final breakfast on board, we’ll say goodbye at 09:00 with a camera roll full of sunsets and a head full of new memories from your Fethiye Blue Cruise with Cheers Gulet. Thanks for choosing to Sail Turkey with us.
